We are having issues with players exploiting a new way to have full attributes with no restriction also giving themselves a whole new level making them lvl 61. I am very much so outing the B.S
This should be addressed as it gives unfair advantage and these players know it.
Not new has been here since day one of enhanced so not even outing as most know about it.
Funcom will fix it… some day. Hell, they have had a ton of servers completely down for days and they are not even on top of that.

Actually, it’s been around long before CEE was released.
Not actually possible, unless they’ve found a way to cheat that as well. The game operates transfers on a strict heirarchy: Official PVP - Official PVE - Private Servers - Singleplayer/Co-op. You can transfer down the scale (or to a game on the same level), but you cannot transfer up the scale.
There is a known bug that can be accidentally triggered that causes this ‘level 61 with max attributes’ thing. However, it can also be triggered deliberately as an exploit. It’s listed as fixed in the patchnotes for Public Beta test of 1.3.0 (and should also apply retroactively to correct any characters using this exploit).
