Bunch of broken lightning and textures on Isle of Siptah.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Log in
2.Feel your eyes bleed.
Same for some objects inside the vault.
After i press E on them they go back to normal:

Thanks for giving the new Testlive update a try. Are you playing with the separate Testlive client? This issue is usually associated with that client and does not appear with the beta branch of the main game. It has to do with DLC assets found in folders the Testlive separate client doesn’t like so much.
If you’re playing on the main client, then that is an issue we should address for a future patch.
Screens were taken on separate test live client.

Then this might be caused by this known issue with the separate client. We’ve sent it to the team just in case, but chances are this is the reason why it is showing up in your screenshots 
The exterior lights, the big chest at the end and the lever still appear with bright texture on the beta branch client. The interior gloop lights are fine though.
