Broken Vaults in map locations

Vaults can be placed in some map locations making a raid virtually impossible, unless they are offline.

Solution: - Increase the invisible placement requirements around the vault wide enough for a player to walk past.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
