I’m sorry if you didn’t want anyone to ‘guess’ what your problem is, but just so you know, that’s what troubleshooting is. Troubleshooting is literally making guesses based on the limited data available and following it up with testing which leads to further, more educated guesses, and eventually, a solution.
Based on the hardware you listed, I guessed your system was overclocked because you spent a lot of extra money to get that hardware, and the only real benefit for that money spent, is that it allows hobbyists the ability to OC their systems. Furthermore, you flat out told us that your RAM is overclocked when you listed it’s speed at 6400. This is only achieved when you apply an ‘Extreme Memory Profile’ (XMP) in the bios.
A ‘Blue Screen of Death’ (BSoD) is a full system failure at the Windows kernel level due to a hardware failure. This failure is sometimes caused by incorrect or out of date drivers, but since you mentioned that all your drivers are up to date, I decided to take you at your word. Although, now that I’m re-reading your comment, you only mentioned checking your video drivers, so you might want to check your chipset drivers as well.
You posted this as a bug report, but just so I’m clear, this is not a bug. The error you’re receiving has nothing to do with Funcom or the game and it’s limited to just you (or others that are suffering similar hardware problems). It’s not usually wise to get upset at people that are trying to help, nor is it helpful to vent your frustration toward Funcom. Try focusing on your problem and perhaps you will work through it.
If I were you, I would search the manufacturer’s website for a bios update and while you’re there, grab the latest chipset drivers for your MoBo. Also deactivate the XMP in bios, in fact, like I originally suggested, it’s best to reset the bios to default when troubleshooting.
Lastly, don’t worry, I’m done ‘guessing’ what your problem is or how to fix it for you. Best of luck.
