I came across this whilst trouble shooting my fibre connection and thought it would be useful link for players.
This is a site that explains what bufferbloat is and how it can impact your gaming to name but one of them, it is an internet test for speed, but gives far more info than just your speed and may explain why despite having a good connection lag is still occuring.
