I don’t know if this is reproducible or not but…
In Single Player, I disrobed ALL of the thralls.
I initiated a purge with all the thralls naked.
When the purge was finished and the nords defeated I waited 10min. and then exited the game.
About 40min. later I reloaded the game and this is what I was presented with (see video below).

For Isle of Siptah, the file should be named “dlc_siptah”.
