Bug: drawbridges are open on server reset

Drawbridges re-open every time the server refreshes or restarts.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Place Drawbridge
  2. Close drawbridge
  3. Wait for server restart/refresh
  4. Drawbridge will be in default state(open)

and same for elevator that go back to their initial position when server reboot

Also gates r closed upon server reset, so they could counter the draw bridge opening :slight_smile:
