Apparently guards are staging to remove Conan from power, they are gathering near the trading post in OT.
Should probably intervene before a civil war starts? 
Naaa, they finally had enough of the incompetence of the Black Dragons guarding Conans castle, and gathered to march into the Noble District to kick the Nemidians out of town. It only took them 11 years, but now those brave souls chaaaaaaaaarge the battlefield. Just very slowly and thoughfully. No need to rush and break a toe.
