Bug in second phase of the Thag fight in the Wine Cellar

Bug Description:

While fighting Thag there is a bug in his aoe phase. The circles one works fine, if it appears underneath you you can run out before the timer expires. The radial one however damages and knocks me down immediately (bug) if it appears underneath me and again when the timer finishes (working as intended)

Bug Reproduction:

Just start the fight with Thag and get him to the second phase. I am doing this fight solo on official server.

I confirm. Today I encountered this myself in my single player game.
