Bug Isle of Siptah Northwoods item not able to interact

When viewing item it says to press X (I use a PS4 control with my computer.) Will not interact/read item. I have not had issues with any other items to be read (interact works fine for them.)

I had this on PC and posted the same here a few days ago but so far no response. Hopefully they will get to it
