Bug: Isle of Siptah Wolfsdeen (Wolfs dungeon)

I entered the Wolfs deen (Wolf Dungeon) on the Map under M-8

and there was a little Bridge over an Pit with Fog. I saw a Ladder on the side and jumped down, i found a Chest and now this Ladder do not let me climb up. Climb not possible

Edit:
I found Ladders that are working in the Bat Dungeons, but not in this Wolf Dungeon. Seems like they forgotten about them. No Ladder is working at all.

We’ve had no problems with the ladders in the wolf dungeon so far.
