As the title says, this journey does not seem possible to complete.
I’ve summoned and defeated over 20 surges now, from every alter direction, and quite a few of max-power. And I have either killed or knocked out many, many surge enemies.
I believe this journey step used to be achievable by defeating one of the human raindrops from a wild surge, but wild surges no longer happen.
I suggest that this journey step be removed, and replaced by “Survive a Purge” from the Exiled Lands map. Since, you know, there are no longer any wild surges and there are now purges in Siptah.
Yeah I have this same problem, my boyfriend too, we already defeat purges and surges on siptah, with no death, but no achivement, no journey step active for this.
Since posting this I’ve also used a convergence trap during a maelstrom and defeated both the purge it summoned and several maelstrom mobs, mini-bosses, and the dragon boss. Still no completion of the journey step.
Just update. I can complete this journey yet. And you? I try a trap like you but nothing, I summoning a surge level 1,2,3,4 even the most power wih only bosses but nothing.
I was able to get the journey step done, but i got it from doing the statues at Pools of the Grey Ones. Can’t remember which statue it was tho as i did a few with a friend
