I’m trying to play solo, and the message appears that I’m offline, my steam is logged.

U have connection to funcom? Just for record, i see u not using English language… Steam is connected to game by ur Nickname… well i mean sorry for question, what is ur steam nickname, if not in latin, or u use special characters, try to use only latin letters, i had this issue some time ago… was forced to change my nick to full english because game does not understand other letters… 
Maybe possible solution : Just try change nickname… if not working then well i tryed to help ;D
