where can I contact that I found a bug on the part of users walking through textures and buildings on the official server?
There are videos and logs
If it’s a bug (they are doing it accidentally) - then you can report it in the Bug section under Playstation on these forums. If it is a hack/exploit (you believe they are cheating) then I think you need to report it on Zendesk - I’m not sure of the link.
@sestus2009 @stelagel do either of you guys know the correct zendesk link for our friend here?

That’s what I thought you meant. In which case I’m pretty certain that it’s the zendesk link that you will need. Hopefully someone should be able to help you with that link.
