do you have mods loaded.
If so, you may want to list them, as if the mod isn’t kept up to date with patches of main game, it will cause bugs.
Tier 4 Alchemist are working at Mounds, Heirs to the North, and the Volcano. There are currently no other Tier 4 Alchemist locations elsewhere. Other then that, the spawn rate is very very low.
