Same problem here. Were you able to solve it somehow? I already opened a ticket. It’s complicated because I bought the new items from the bazaar today, and I can’t use them.
Can confirm this ( EU Official pve server) - after yesterday’s patch all twitch drops and BLB/BP items are unavailable for craft or use. Validation and restart didn’t help yesterday, after today’s server restart things haven’t changed. I would try and re-link Twitch account but that possibility from game side is gone and Twitch account shows me CE account as linked so i’m leaving it as it. Of course i will send ticket to Helpshift later today if situation is not resolved till then.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I’ve passed this over to the rest of the team for further investigation.
As soon as I get more information on this situation, I will get back to you with an update.
In the meantime please make sure you report this over to our support team as they will be able to help out with missing purchases.
Hi, just to give an update on this matter. I tried all the online solutions with no effect. I did look deeper into this rabbit hole and discovered that my pc clock was 2 minutes delayed. I have re-sync the time by win key + i > time & language > press “sync now”. I hope this solves it for you.
Didn’t work for me .I don’t get time and language only time and date. I still synced but nothing, it didn’t work. I have tried everything. Sometimes they are available but when I log off and then return, they aren’t available anymore. I reported this bug as stated. I can see it is marked here as resolved but this BUG hasn’t been resolved. I have spent a lot of money, REAL money in the bazaar so to now to not be able to use them is upsetting, especially since this thread is marked resolved nor has been there any response that they are going to fix it or when. If you really believe it is resolved and are not going to fix it and soon, then I want a refund after all if it was anything else in RL you would get a refund if you didn’t get what you Paid for.
The clock sync workaround did not work for me. I tried it several times and on 2 computers, still nothing. I still cannot use any items from the bazaar.
I wonder if the clock fix only works for official servers and not dedicated servers… is that possible?
Just installed the hotfix. I was about to post that there were still items missing, and some had come back.
I went into my construction hammer and some were back and some still missing, I exited the hammer, and a couple of minutes later went back into the construction hammer, and appears that everything is now back, just took a few minutes to completely refresh I guess.
Thank you for the work in getting this issue resolved.
I had this issue… though initially it was only with Single Player mode..
I contacted Funcom support and their response and suggested fix; initially sounded like B.S. to me…
But I did it anyway, and it immediately and instantly fixed the problem.
The fix they told me to do?
This is for Windows 11.. I am not sure of the steps for Windows 10.
First login and connect to an Official Server without any Mods. Verify the bazaar purchases are available, and if they are then exit game and do the following to resolve the issue for Single Player Games or Private Server connections.
Press Windows Key + I
On the left side menu, select the Time & Language tab, and then on that page select the tab for Date & Time.
Scroll down to Additional Settings and look for “Sync Now” and select the “Sync Now” button.
Turns out if your Windows clock is off sync by only a few seconds, it throws off errors on Funcom’s end when their servers attempt to verify your “Entitlements”… but apparently doing the re-sync with the clock “maybe” only works if you first attempt to verify your purchases while logged into an Official Conan Server.
I know issues like this are different for everyone and it may not work for everyone, but hopefully it helps some.
That’s the workaround that was suggested by the original poster on this thread - which is why this thread is marked ‘solved’. It worked for several people, but not everyone. However, there has now been a hotfix put out (today) that should have fixed the issue for anyone the workaround did not work for.
