[BUG] Server Variables: DropBackpackOnDeath / DropShortcutbarOnDeath

Region: US WEST

Note: My server is hosted by G-Portal. I am not using any mods at all.

Server variables:
DropEquipmentOnDeath
DropBackpackOnDeath
DropShortcutbarOnDeath

Of these three variables, the only one which does anything is DropEquipmentOnDeath. You either drop everything (true) or you drop nothing (false). The other two settings do not change anything.

What I am trying to achieve is to have it so that when you die, you keep your armour and also whatever items are on your hotbar. Only what you have in your inventory is what I want to be dropped.

But as mentioned, this does not work – no matter which combination I try. From my Google searches this has been the case since at least 2018. Is it possible to finally get DropBackpackOnDeath and DropShortcutbarOnDeath fixed so that they work as intended?

Same here. It simply doesnt work. Since years. And, also since years, Funcom didnt say anything about it
