hello my follower died invisible, I looked for the body to recover his things and his chrom sword but I didn’t find anything, is there any possibility of doing something? I play on xbox series x server oficial 2014 eu my gt is EZI0 93.

Welcome to the forum.
There is a workaround but unfortunately it’s too late you lost this loot.
Yet I will tell you what to do so next time, at least, you won’t loose your thralls loot again.
If it happens for your thrall to die and you cannot witness the body, mark the area, go a little bit further, fight something (fast fight) else and come back, the body will be visible. If however it’s still under mase, stay there, as soon it will decay a loot bag will appear and you can loot it.
In the question “does it worth it”, the answer is simple, waiting 10 to 15 min to regain the loot (sword of Crom), cannot be equal to grind endless days to gain just one 
. So yes, it damn worth it.
