Bug Description:

Unable to complete Challenge: Defeat a Surge Boss

Bug Reproduction:

Summoned a T4 surge (Center, Children of Jhebbal Sag).
Kill everything, nothing counts as a Surge Boss.
Admin spawning and killing NPCs named Surge_Boss or Elite did not complete the challenge as it has in the past.

Correction, completing the challenge was just broken.
Restarted game, Challenge marks as complete.
