BUG: Very hot in meduim armor with 1 hot 1 cold tick

**Region: Canada

Make medium armor and get very hot , the armor has 1 tick hot, 1 tick cool.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Make Armor
    2.Wear Armor
    3.Find am very hot
    4.Not normal to be very hot in med armor just outside the dogs camp
