Buggy Thrall Pathfinding at the Mounds of the Dead

This pathfinding glitch has happened to me pretty consistently when I order my thrall to attack this NPC at the Mounds of the Dead. The video shows what I’m referring to as well as the coordinates:

I play SP, Exiled Lands with no mods.
