Bugs, freeze on online pve servers

Hello together,

I have got some issues with playing Conan Exiles online in PVE. If i join a server (no matter if official/non official) the game starts with bugs in the loading screen and after i have created my avatar, I can run bug-free until the first river on the map and after that my game starts to bug involuntarily, sometimes the screen freezes and my avatar ports from one point to the next a few meters away in the direction where i wanted to go. I have deleted my game and downloaded it again, but these bugs are still existing. Can someone help me or got the same issues? Maybe someone has a solution for that.
