Building Bug and Dead Zone

There is a building bug I am sure you are aware of where there are large “dead zones” where building is not possible. I am looking to see when this is scheduled to try and be fixed? Thank you!

Those dead zones are probably from nearby buildings or certain resources. Does it say “invalid placement” or likewise?
