Building decay clan timer

Never mind just saw the official server message.
Can delete.

I play on official PVE server, and finally decided to create a Clan Name just to be fair to other players who come across my base, they know who it belongs to.

By doing so, my Decay timer went from 336 hours to half 168 hours.

Is this Normal??
