Hello after an update my building pieces that I purchased are gone from the list and when I try to copy them I got message ‘I dont know how to create this piece’ so all the purchased elements such as aesir rough timber etc are gone…

Regarding the situation at hand, could you please share more details with us? Did this happen on an official server? if so, in which one? Are you still facing this issue after restarting the game?
Also, if possible, please share a screenshot of your ancestral knowledge with us.
