Building System doesn't work (again)

Bug Description:

Stability 60%, can’t place Stable Support Strut.
Please do something: I bought this DLC just to place those parts and not being able to is frustrating

Don’t mind this, I solved placing another part (sandstone window) and then placing the Stable Support Strut upon it
