Can any dev tell us what is the procc chance for corrupted perks?

seems many perks saying ( has chance for X effect ) but it doesn’t say does that effect have hidden cooldown for procc ? and how much chance for procc to happen ??

good example demon lord perk and when you hit enemy or get hit and spread corruption around you , its not mention % chance of procc

PS: its same issue with spells too , it only say summon lightning storm but its not mention the duration on text nor how much damage the spell deals and hit rating ( example every 3 sec it strike lightning ) etc

The chances are left intentionally vague due to the design of sorcery. You’re messing with supernatural forces, it shouldn’t be reduced to a straightforward given percentage. This was part of their goal when implementing it
