Can emotes be keybound?

I see some blank Commands at the bottom of the keybind page. I was wondering if it’s possible to use them to set an emote to a key,

I should be getting the backflip emote in a couple days, which I’m going to LOVE!!! It takes me back to my days of WoW. So I’d love to have it bound to a key.
