Can GM be related with specific players?

There’s a player called 'aoiking’, (mirsah, viperlil, memiala etc)

This guy have been ruining minigames by going full afk from the start for many years but never gets banned.

Recently i wrote another petition to GM about this but this time GM just deleted my whole petition history. (What the hell lol)

Is this sign of a GM being protective for specific player?

Because whoever insult him because of his trolling gets banned in few days

That player is literally the reason Crom mini game died for a year

We had good mini games recently but as soon as this player started trolling again mini game is about to die, again

I think this is a serious problem for low population game like this

Back when vote kick was added, he was getting kicked every game and eventually stopped signing up, along with many other trolls, their fun was ruined. Are people not even doing that now?

It will be hard to get Funcom to act, unless you bait him into talking badly and you and others report him. That’s by far the easiest way to get a player banned.

I’m not sure if there’s more than one GM left though.

It does sound frustrating when a disruptive player keeps avoiding consequences. GMs should be impartial, but deleting your petition history and not acting against repeat trolls does raise questions. In a low population game, one bad player can really hurt the community and mini games. The best path is to document all incidents clearly and appeal through official support channels. Hopefully, Funcom will address the issue fairly and protect the overall player experience.

I have had issues with this player as well as a PvE player though I won’t get into it here.

What I will say though is that this person affects BOTH the PvP and the PvE community. He is deliberately causing havoc in mini-games, personal interactions, groups, raids, and raidfinders.

I echo janyu’s advice and would follow the instructions here (May 2023 is not that many years ago) for reporting violations by this player:

Even if there’s just 1 GM.

Get as many people as possible from the community to do so. The more “matter of fact” petitions with his name or his alts, the better. That means don’t put emotions in it, just the facts. Timestamps, screenshots, videos, etc. all matter along with descriptions so they can understand full context of what’s going on.

Could it be that the petition was automatically removed due to being timed out?
