Can`t rebuild clan base

[After i have decided to rebuild our, little clan house i`m unable to finish it, tried many hours different ways, if that would be PVP i would loose everything i guess]

1. I demolished the house by removing the walls from the buttom, so what i can predict has happend is that the script that demolishes the game objects is not removing the colliders, so i cant build in that region. Thats possible to fix it by adding 1 extra if statement.
   I would be glad if serwer admins could fix the problem on the serwer on the serwer, so i could finish.

Tried to upload screen but its impossible to me, by adding or using links.
Base is at E3.

When you demolish a base, you need relog for you can build again in this zone inmediately, if not, you need leave to past a long time for to build it.
