This is what I do not understand. If the meshes of the body parts sink into the weapons and clothes, then the issue comes from how the meshes were conceived, not from the size of the body parts. In my other application, we ask the 3D modelists to fix their meshes clipping with the add-ons (weapons) or clothes. When the mesh is well finished, we can add individual resizers to the body parts, and they look just fine no matter who made the add-ons or clothes (eg: small hand resizer from creator A + long gloves from creator B + milkshake in hand from creator C + a dance action from creator D).
I do not create in Conan so I believe you when you say there are limitations in what can be done (or at least, by the modders), but I have such a hard time to understand how a professional team would not be able to fix the clipping issues in their own game :face_with_spiral_eyes:

Edit: there is no clipping on the chest no matter its size in the game :scream:
