A lot of people sadly fail to comprehend this and they’ll still end up bashing Funcom for it and making complaints / bug reports :slight_smile: Just look at the bug reports section of PC or Steam forums…

That is already a restriction we have in place so no issues there. Mods cannot load anything external to their designated folder

In that regard Conan Exiles is actually quite compliant, because we’re literally using the Unreal Editor that was used to make the game… so mods in Conan are fully integrated as an actual part of the game… in fact the developers themselves use the same method to load some of their extra content.
So don’t look at Conan modding like “jerry-rigging” some external stuff to hook into the game like you sometimes have with certain games, but rather look at it as completely native content packages, like a DLC for example :slight_smile:

But yes, they need to still go through the appropriate process set by the platform owner to get to consoles
