A good question FurbyDemon, but since the only way to get your player level above 60 is to use a mod, you will likely not be able to as I see you are on Xbox? Under correction, mods are only available on PC.

You can manually get your player above 60 by going into admin panel if you’re on single player and then you can add your levels that way as well as feat points
