Cannot access my storage vault

So i built my clan a vault and when u stand infront of it it says its opened but when you interact with it the game states the container is locked

Had a fellow in my clan low im the clan had to promote him a level so he could get into the vault he built. You want to check your status. Good luck @IMHUCKL3B3RRY
