Did you try another restart afterwards? Also, are you referring to the actual DLC packs or bazaar items? DLC items should be unaffected by the server, while bazaar items can prove a bit difficult to work with if the Funcom servers aren’t working right. If it’s the DLC packs and you’ve attempted to restart, to no avail, try double checking you have all required knowledge learned to craft the items first. If it’s still not working, it could be a content license issue. Go to your settings and restore licenses. This is typically found under the users and accounts tab. I can’t remember exactly where the PS4 has it, but on PS5 it’s under “Other” in “Users and Accounts.”
