Cannot create more than 1 Player Map Marker

All my Player Map markers were wiped with the move to Enhanced (which I understand was going to happen), and, even though I was no where near the (as I understand it) 50 marker limit, I now cannot place more than a single Play Map Marker before getting a message saying I cannot place any more.

Is there a way I can purge all my Player Map Markers, even if I have to purge ALL map markers in the process, so I can actually start placing them again?

This has been an issue for 4 weeks now, and despite opening a couple of tickets, Iā€™ve heard nothing out of Funcom.
