Hi I was contacted by Funcom CS. The ticket appears to have closed itself. No matter how many times I access the Funcom Support page, THERE IS NO “SEND” BUTTON TO DISPATCH AN EMAIL FROM THE FUNCOM SUPPORT DIALOGUE.
I fear my account has been hacked, these fools are saying thecmattr is “resolved” even though I never contacted them… and worse, I cannot email Funcom CS. In any way.
This is how your identity gets stolen guys. An old MMO account gets hacked, they get my old CC info and address; and now I’m F@CKED. (These Norsemen are living up to their pirate ancestry. Pfft).
