Cannot import character?

So the last time i played was a couple months ago and got busy so i imported my character until i was ready to play again and now it is not letting me import him? Its a max level account and ive tried multiple servers and all it says is “Character transfer is not allowed on this server”. And yes yes its official pvp to official pvp blah blah all the guidelines are followed ive moved this character around so many times and now i cant anymore? Im not making a new character and starting from level one, if thats the case ill delete the game now. If anyone can help or knows something please let me know thanks

Character transfers were taken down a few months ago due to bugs,
we dont know when they are coming back

lol, and they just forgot about returning players? At least spawn the character in on a random server so I have him still smh. Gonna find a new game that cares for the community. Thank you for the help

You could try submiting a report on zendesk to see if they can manually place it on a server
