Cannot send direct message

I have seen multiple Funcom statements saying to send a direct message in this forum to 3 different people(I cannot mention them because it says new users cannot mention other users) to report a player exploiting an undermesh spot. However, after creating an account I cannot send any direct messages…

I appreciate that, In the same document it listed how to report an infraction. Which is what I am attempting to do here. But I cannot follow it because I am unable to send direct messages at all. New accounts do not have the perms needed to send messages.
