Cannot type in inventory / admin item filter field

Since last updates, there is no ability to type Cyrillic characters in inventory / admin / craft filter.
If the filter field is empty - we can type Latin character OR space, AND if we start filter with space, we can continue typing cyrillic and filter works, but this way we can filter only items with two or more words in item name.
Also, if we type space, than cyrillic name, than remote first space - filter field is clearing totally.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Set Game Interface Language to Russian
  2. Open inventory / admin panel
  3. Type Cyrillic name of item in filter field
