Cannot use combat coloring

Please be as descriptive as possible!

Game mode: Online
Problem: Bug
Region: EU
cannot use combat coloring, for example, black hand combat coloring. There are no “use” button (square). Operations with ‘X’ and hot bar (“L1”) also gives no effect.

Repro steps:

  1. craft combat coloring
  2. open inventory
  3. try to find a way to use that coloring
