On Rubi-Ka server, I’m unable to chat in any fashion, my friends list is empty, I don’t even see my org or OT OOC or any public groups available to subscribe to. My friends see me as offline despite me standing right in front of them. I’ve restarted my computer, reinstalled the game. Nothing’s worked. Game was fine yesterday and I’ve changed nothing.
