Cant Connect to Funcom Live Services and infinite loading screen

Bug Description:

After installing the update on 10/21/21 when I attempt to play the game I keep getting the message that it failed to connect to funcom live services it still lets me try to connect to the private rp server im in but then gets stuck in an infinite loading screen. I cant play the game at all. I have reinstalled it and checked my Internet connection and nothing has changed i still can not play Conan.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install latest update
    2.turn on the game
  2. Get Message saying connecting with Funcom Live services
  3. Get message saying it failed to connect.
  4. Try to load a server
  5. Get stuck in an infinite loading screen

I had a similar issue on a PVE-C server, and it still did not work after downloading the update, but after a complete reboot, I was able to log on the server on the second attempt.

Give it a few more tries it may eventually work.
