Cant continue my SP game

I cant continue my SP game anymore. The game is loading for 10-15 minutes and then stops responding. It loaded fine today when I continued my game, then I logged out and after that I wasn’t able to continue my game anymore

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

Did you try loading a backup?

not yet. actually I have no idea how to do that)

You’ll find your save files in the following location:
\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\

If you delete game.db and give that name to a backup file, that’s the file that will be loaded when you try to continue.

I recommend first making a backup of these files just to be safe.
You can also just rename game.db to game.db.bak or something similar so that it still exists in case you want to try to use it again.

I have no idea if this will help with your problem or not.
If it doesn’t, try validating the files through Steam.
