Can't create a new slaves, rhino charis and found celestial material

I have the 60lvl and knowledge unlocked at the “tech. tree”

I can’t create new slaves, I have a named trhal on the colossal pain wheel, some slaves inside ready for it, food, I puss the play and the creation line won’t “activate”

I already have 2 slaves “active” (3 with Gothrad the Oathbreaker controlling the whell ) multiple pets and I do not exceed the limit

I can’t create rhino chairs either ( I have the

I can’t find any meteorite to get celestial material

I see some guides, but I cant found anything about my problem
