Cant create file

When starting the SWL launcher / updater i get an error message saying it couldnt create a file and i should try again. When i try again I have to download 12+GB to start the game. Does anyone else have this problem ?

Yesterday I had the same problem. After the download i can start the game normal without any issues.

Edit: Restarting PC + launcher does nothing, I still have to download 12+GB.

Have you let it download and if so does the problem repeat it self?

Hello noiZe, sorry to hear of the trouble. Descendent’s suggestion is the most likely cause in my experience. If you have any antivirus software running then please try disabling it and running SWL as an administrator to see if that helps. If not then please let me know.
