[Describe the bug here]
When you try to drink from the Pool of Refreshment it will just put out or on the lights and will not let you drink water from it. This counts both if you press E on the water and if you have a waterskin and try to fill it.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
- Place Pool of Refreshment
- Try to drink from it
- See that the lights just turn off and on and you cant drink from it.
Yeah this is not a bug but what they intended. It’s more just a light sorce and not meant to give water. There are other post about this. Not something we thought it would be but that’s how it is
I am sorry but what you are saying can not be true. If you go to info of this item it says “This fountain acts both as light-source and source of replenishing ones waterskin.” So even the description says you should be able to drink from it.
So or its a bug in sense of that you can not drink from it. Or its a bug in sense of incorrect and misleading description. Either way its a bug one way or another.
But if what you said is true it means they ment it to be a source of water but then “Due to technical limitations” decided to make it just a simple light source and forgot the description.
But either way, if the description tells me I should be able to drink from it then they should deliver an item that lets me drink from it.
You are correct, it is a bug, but in the description, not the function. Sorry people were mislead by it, but it has been acknowledged by @Ignasi and sent to the team.
If you search the forums or use the dev tracker you should be able to find his response.
So in that case they meant it to be drunk from but somewhere along the way changed their minds and made it just a oversized candle. Otherwise I see no way they would make a oversized candle and afterwards put in a description that makes completely no sense.
Agree. The obverse could possibly be true, designed as a candle and miscommunicated to the team writing the descriptions.
We have no way of knowing which case, but the correction will tell us.
