Siptah T4 North Surge, every 1 skull boss has a legendary weapon. I’ve picked up multiple momentums from a single surge.
Lol! I got one just this morning from IOS Tower as i was getting a schematic fragment also.
Two days ago i got one from the Black Keep which has 4 legendary chests at the end.
ALL official servers.
This game has so many bugs and poor design decisions that if you are not playing in admin you are just inviting suffering.
Since I make my own rules I allow myself to trade 100 fragments of power for any legendary chest weapon that I have previously looted.
I believe that the rng factor should not be the only way to get what you wish.
The game could either create trials for completion on specific rewards, or we could have vendors and crafters in sepermeru selling gear and legendary weapons for a high gold coin value, let’s say 40k per piece.
This way both “workers” and “gamblers” would be happy!
Creative mode and the admin panel are there for those who do not want to play the game.
Oh, don’t be so harsh. The game sometimes has its bugs and strange events. When in single player, there’s admin panel to fix those yourself.
Personally, I build all my bases with hand-collected resources, farm all my stuff and so on. But when the game a knocked-out thrall disappears into the void, when the UI lagged and you dismantled a rare epic weapon, when a fully equipped thrall falls through the floor, it’s not cheating to counter that, it’s bug mitigation.
If you want to use creative mode or admin panel, go right ahead, but stop trying to dumb down the game for everyone to appease those who are playing a game they don’t actually like.

Exactly what the title says, a creative way to play it or test things you’re not able to test otherwise. And that’s gaming also @Tephra , make no mistake here . This game has a shitton of builders that spend a shitton of hours to build literally wonders

You are correct I absolutely do not want to play the game cooked up by Dennis and his band of degenerates. The game where bugs constantly cause you to die and lose everything, your base and followers to decay not because you didn’t refresh but because of a bug or a misconfigured server, your army of level 20 relic hunters suddenly become worthless because some clown decided cannibal brutes should be able to 1-shot every enemy in the game, your army of level 20 cannibal brutes suddenly become worthless because after months of insanity someone at funcom had a single brain cell fire and flipped the whole balance upside down again, the game where crafting and cooking suddenly mean nothing because now you can loot everything with ease. I could go on for eternity as I have been playing for years, but the point is that this game has not had competent or sensible stewardship for a very long time.
I do not want to play by the ever-shifting rules and bugs created by the most thoughtless and incompetent gang of goons. I stopped playing altogether for a long time and the only way I have been able to enjoy returning is thanks to the hard work of many modders - some who add creative changes, many who simply fight against the incompetence of Funcom to work around bugs and poor design.
At the Center Tower on Siptah there are 8 chests that are relatively east to get. I got 2 in one day. It was luck sure, but I find that an easy place. An easy place to get lots of loot and resources.
