why cant I get on The new world server?

Access to private servers isn’t really something we can help with.
That server is not private…its puplic .
The new world/The isles of siptah.
It is a public server owned by a private individual who can close it down or restrict access whenever they please. If you don’t have any contact with admin, neither we nor Funcom can help you.
the server called The new world has been a issue,it locks computers up that up have to reboot your system,and since when do private own public servers anyway.
That’s cool, but still not something anyone here can help with. Contact the server owner directly, funcom does not run it.
For CE? Since launch.

I thought I was the only one who didn’t know that private servers are managed by regular people. Even though I found names like “Spicy She-Wolf’s Kingdom” and “Land of Nordic Fairies” strange, it took me a while to understand the difference between official and private servers.
