It is a public server owned by a private individual who can close it down or restrict access whenever they please. If you don’t have any contact with admin, neither we nor Funcom can help you.

the server called The new world has been a issue,it locks computers up that up have to reboot your system,and since when do private own public servers anyway.

I thought I was the only one who didn’t know that private servers are managed by regular people. Even though I found names like “Spicy She-Wolf’s Kingdom” and “Land of Nordic Fairies” strange, it took me a while to understand the difference between official and private servers.
